Q: How do
you ship orders?
A: We proudly ship via United States Postal Service
using 2-3 day priority mail. It is generally faster than UPS or FedEx ground
and significantly less expensive. If another provider is requested please email us for a quote
at info@theabstracthome.com.
International shipping is extra.
Q: How quickly do you ship?
A: The Abstract Home generally ships within 72 hours of order, although some
custom made items may take longer. Other items will ship the same day
an order is made. Simply email if you have a rush request.
Q: Do you
make custom mobiles?
A: The Abstract Home can make a variety of custom
mobiles in various sizes and colors. We do not generally make very
large mobiles, but we can recommend some of the premier mobile makers in the
country if desired.
Q: Can I
ship a product to another address as a gift? Can you include a note or
card, but not the receipt?
A: We certainly can. Simply email us
what you would like to include as a gift and we will include it.
